DirecTV Systems
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for some unlikely reason you are not completely satisfied with a
merchandise purchase, you may return the merchandise prepaid for a refund within 30 days
of shipment. Shipping & handling fees and DIRECTV service fees, if applicable, are not
refundable.
Returned merchandise must include all original components,
literature and packaging in the same salable condition you received it in. There will be a
15% restocking fee. Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to a
restocking fee on a case-by-case basis (please call for details). Returned DIRECTV
receivers will incur a $50.00 access card replacement fee if they have been activated.
Note that it IS NOT necessary to activate a DIRECTV access card to determine DIRECTV
signal strength. Thirty (30) days after the shipment date, the purchase price of
merchandise is non-refundable. For instructions on returning merchandise, you must call
1-310-473-9846 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Terms of Sale for DIRECTV Satellite Systems and Receivers
The following sales terms allow us (World Wide Satellite) to offer
you deeply discounted retail prices on DIRECTV satellite equipment. We are able to do this
through a DIRECTV national retailer subsidy program where we are reimbursed only if
certain conditions are met. If you currently subscribe to DIRECTV services, or have in the
